    Email settings in Salesforce: just to clarify, there are 2 places in Salesforce where you can set the email address. One if for your account (e.g. forgotten password gets sent there), the other is in relation to the emails that we send from Salesforce to users. The first one has to be your MISGL email address, the second the team's email address. Please see the attached pictures.
