    Arrow We do not make any changes on behalf of admins, especially when this was requested by learners. (except for password, if this is enabled)

    Arrow In case the admin asks you specifically to do something for him, rather show him/her how to do it, instead of having it done for him/her over and over again.

    Arrow Do not provide any documents or information about other learner or admin accounts to learners. Refer back to admin.

    Arrow Do not provide other admin accounts to an admin, if he/she is not the super_admin. Refer back to super_admin.

    Arrow Do not provide any information regarding licenses to anyone aside the super_admin
