Expired license issue

Hello,

When the Learner turns to Institutional Product Support Team with a"Log-in failure" problem, sometimes the source of the problem is that the license has expired.

In this case, the Learner gets the "License expired" message when she/he tries to sign in.

In CE Editor the icon shows active status, but when you click on Actions, you see "Sign in as (unusable)" --> this is also a sign that the company license expired.

Solution: Recommend the Learner to contact with Super_Admin in order to check the licenses' status and request for prolongation or new licenses' purchase. (Refer back to admin)
