Hi Manila Team,


Whoever needs some help on adjustments in his Salesforce account (Email, Queue Views, Personal Profile, etc.), please let me or Radka know.

It appears some of us are still missing some adjustments on their Views, for example. Kindly take your time to check upon your views if following case status can be viewed by you:

Reopened
Needs reply
Work on progress <- !!!
New case (grabbed by you)

Additionally, please check if your outbound email-address is "instsupport@rosettastone.com".
