Hi Team,
Let's make it a habit to share our most noticeable cases with the Yammer group for knowledge sharing every now and then.
For this week, I noticed many cases concerning web-based orientations for new learners, wherein they were unable to attend the session but would still want to take it.
Example case: 03063834
(1) You can either refer them back to their admin, IF the invitation mails are coming directly from their organization OR
(2) you can simply refer them to our knowledge base article for orientation, where the learners will be able to register for another web session (see link in post). This way they can even choose the available date and time, which suit them best.

You can remind them of the invitation email they will receive. All they have to then is to click on the link provided in the email to join the scheduled session.
Cheers!
