Hi Team,
Just an update.
Should you encounter a case where the user has several accounts in C/E Editor (for different product versions for the same organization), but just one in Salesforce (for only one of the product versions), do not change the account in Salesforce, but choose the correct product type and make sure to add a case comment describing why a different product was selected. Never change the account in these cases in Salesforce as it might create issues in the system.
This case happens when the learner has two different accounts in C/E Editor, i.e., TOTALe and V3, because when the accounts are imported to Salesforce, one of the two accounts is overwritten by the other.
