    Hello,

I attach here some instructions in connection with speech recognition enabling. In Audio Setup section, the speech recognition is grayed out.

After identifying the learner, you should sign-in as Admin, search for the learner, click on the Standard curriculum assigned to the level, go to Curriculum Settings and check the box next to "Learners can personalize the default settings".

Then sign in as the learner, check the box next to the speech recognition, do the mic setup so it would turn on

Then go back to Rosetta Stone Manager and un-check the box.

We should keep in mind, that this is an admin task. So as much as possible, we try not to change anything in RSM on behalf of an admin. Rather refer the learner back to his super_admin unless the contact is and admin himself and is specifically asking you to do so.

    To greater heights!  cheers
