Automatically Signed off after "Launch Rosetta Stone"
When a learner contacts us stating that whenever he launches Rosetta Stone he automatically gets signed off then it is for sure that this learner has a disabled account due to Community Moderation (e.g. inappropriate behavior in Rosetta World).
How can you verify it ?
Click in the contact and read the section "Community Moderation Notes" and "Description"
What to do with the ticket ?
Update the ticket with your findings and escalate to T2. They usually deal with the Community Moderation directly.
