Procedures in creating a case

  • If call: log a case, collect all information you can get (full name, email, contact number, look up SF for service account and existing case!, detailed description of issue)

  • If existing case: complete missing information (use SF: check for existing accounts, service account details, account description)

  • Verify exact issue, escalate to T2 (with announcement in official RS chat in Skype)
