Procedures in creating a case

  • If call: log a case, collect all information you can get (full name, email, contact number, look up SF for service account and existing case!, detailed description of issue, put in comments why this is a consumer product and needs to be handled by cons or cc)
  • If case existing: Identify the product to be consumer product, put in comments why this is a consumer product and needs to be handled by cons or cc
