Hi Team,

This is a vague compilation of troubleshoot for Loading Next Sceen, Blank Screens, Black Screens and the Error Codes 4111, 5211 and 5222 issues:

1) Please check if learner experiences the same issue using another browser, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Safari. (please refer to my earlier posts for the download links)

2) Tell them to visit the site of Adobe Flashplayer ([url=get.adobe.com/flashplayer/]get.adobe.com/flashplayer/[/url]) and to check if indeed the newest version is installed to their system. (same site should work for Mac users)

3) Advise them to empty their cache and cookies of your current browser. How to empty cache and cookies, please see knowledge base article for further instruction (http://support.rosettastone.com/en-US/Business/articles/How-do-I-clear-my-browser-s-cache-and-cookies/1/?q=cache+cookies).

4) In cases of unresponsive website, let them check their connection and, if necessary, let them run a speed test to exclude any issues with their network.

5) If they are connected to their organization's network and are using Internet Explorer 10+, please make them sure to allow XMLHTTP support.
